Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist I, Professional Services to act as a liaison between internal teams and support client service requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and triage client requests across various service domains
  • Facilitate internal calls and create statements of work (SOWs) for client solutions
  • Gather and respond to Voice of the Client (VOC) feedback to enhance service efficiency

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Knowledge of NextGen products and solutions
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Salesforce
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
