Program Associate

Job Summary

Resourceful and detail-oriented, the fully remote Program Associate will support strategic initiatives by drafting program content, conducting analyses, and serving as an internal expert on healthcare-related topics to mobilize stakeholders effectively.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft program content and communications for the functional team
• Conduct analyses and synthesize complex information to support strategic recommendations
• Proactively manage key relationships and provide internal expertise across the organization

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree (MPH, MPP, MPA) preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in state or federal health policy or health plans
• Three to five years of effective teamwork experience, preferably outside an academic program
• Strong data collection, interpretation, and analysis skills
• Excellent literature search and review skills
