Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Executive to manage senior customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention while managing account-based P&L and revenue growth
  • Oversee escalations for critical issues and monitor performance reporting for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate contract onboarding and manage all contracts and engagement with clients

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years in customer relationship management
  • 10+ years of experience in senior-level customer relationship management in Maintenance and/or Managed Services
  • Exceptional leadership experience with proven results in managing complex projects
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technology solutions
  • Knowledge and exposure to best practice frameworks such as Six Sigma or ITIL
