Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Executive to manage senior customer relationships and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention while managing account-based P&L and revenue growth
  • Oversee escalations for critical issues and monitor performance reporting for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate contract onboarding and manage all contracts and engagement activities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • 10+ years of experience in senior-level customer relationship management
  • Exceptional leadership experience with proven results in complex project management
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technology solutions
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as Six Sigma, ITIL, or Lean
