Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Executive to manage senior customer relationships and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention while managing account-based P&L and revenue growth
- Oversee escalations for critical issues and monitor performance reporting for continuous improvement
- Coordinate contract onboarding and manage all contracts and engagement activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience
- 10+ years of experience in senior-level customer relationship management
- Exceptional leadership experience with proven results in complex project management
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technology solutions
- Knowledge of frameworks such as Six Sigma, ITIL, or Lean
