Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Operational Readiness & Support (ORS).
Key Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships with stakeholders to enhance understanding of customer experience projects
- Develop and maintain process flows and project documentation in collaboration with the ORS project team
- Conduct detailed analysis to identify problems and formulate business solutions for prioritized gaps
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Expertise in project management, business analysis, process improvement, and change management
- Skilled in managing multiple projects in a complex and rapidly changing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
