Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the National Quality Interventions team, the full-time Program Manager will manage program documentation, budgets, and quality initiatives related to HEDIS, STARS, and CAHPS while ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures well-documented policies, workflows, and program controls for respective programs
• Manages program budgets and supports project prioritization and performance tracking
• Collaborates with stakeholders to disseminate program processes and best practices

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of Program and/or Project management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Operational Process Improvement experience
• Managed Care experience in a shared service, CoE, or matrixed environment
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
• Strong presentation and communication skills
