Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee project management and client relationships for a research program.

Key Responsibilities

• Support account and business development through client relationship management and strategic planning
• Plan and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring accuracy in project data and resourcing
• Manage project budgets and financial health, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager, preferably in consulting or UX research
• Experience leading large-scale UX design and/or research programs, with a preference for hardware research
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
• Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills
• Experience in risk management and proactive problem-solving
