Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading strategic initiatives for a defined customer, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage multi-functional project teams, enhance customer relationships, and ensure accountability for project budgets, schedules, and performance requirements for enterprise-level projects.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate project requirements gathering and translate them for execution while collaborating with customers from start to product acceptance
• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, addressing issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum five years of experience in project management or a related discipline
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Jabil operating policies and procedures required
