Program Manager, Academic Affairs

Job Summary

To support operational effectiveness within Academic Affairs, the part-time Program Manager, Academic Affairs will manage relationships with residency and fellowship programs, develop initiatives for continuous improvement, and serve as the primary operational contact for compliance and program operations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen and manage relationships with Vituity Residency and Fellowship Programs, collaborating with Medical Directors and Program Directors
• Develop and implement initiatives, processes, and policies to enhance operational effectiveness and support accreditation readiness
• Track and report on academic program performance metrics, providing insights for strategic planning and program improvement

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with physician residency and/or fellowship programs
• Experience in a hospital system with an understanding of basic hospital operations
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience managing executive-level relationships with hospital leadership and C-suite stakeholders
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and Salesforce preferred
