Program Manager - Community Impact
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager III - Community Impact to enhance program efficiency and service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage multiple projects through the full project life cycle, including planning and execution
- Lead cross-functional meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management experience
- Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred
- Experience developing volunteer programs and working with community-based organizations strongly preferred
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and SharePoint strongly preferred
