Program Manager Leave Benefits
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Leave of Absence Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interprets and administers multi-state LOA and time off programs and policies following applicable federal and state employment laws
- Handle the LOA and Disability third-party vendors, including vendor assessments, workflow refinement, and day-to-day management
- Coordinate Worker's Compensation leaves with the support of Zillow's Business Risk team
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in LOA and Time Off benefit administration
- Experienced knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to leave of absence
- Expertise in data analysis and exceptional skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Solid experience using the Workday HRIS platform
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy through ambiguous circumstances
