Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Leave of Absence Benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interprets and administers multi-state LOA and time off programs and policies following applicable federal and state employment laws
  • Handle the LOA and Disability third-party vendors, including vendor assessments, workflow refinement, and day-to-day management
  • Coordinate Worker's Compensation leaves with the support of Zillow's Business Risk team

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in LOA and Time Off benefit administration
  • Experienced knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to leave of absence
  • Expertise in data analysis and exceptional skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Solid experience using the Workday HRIS platform
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy through ambiguous circumstances
