Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in partner/channel program management or related field
Proven track record in designing and managing partner incentive programs
Understanding of partner ecosystems and channel sales models
Relevant Bachelor's degree or related experience, preferably in business or marketing
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
