Program Manager Research Analytics
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Research Analytics & Bibliometrics for the US DoD.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer implementation and ensure contract requirements are met
- Oversee project planning and execution for DoD customers, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing training and ongoing support for Dimensions tools
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working with or in the DoD and understanding its culture and priorities
- 5+ years of project management experience in an IT/software related field
- Understanding of the Science & Technology ecosystem and research funding
- Experience managing analysis and support tasks with basic IT knowledge
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and global teams
