A civil engineering firm has an open position for a Project Controls Financial and Cost Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Performing on estimates and variance analyses
  • Assisting the Project Manager in evaluating subcontractor staffing and pricing

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience supporting & analyzing performance on projects
  • BS or higher in Industrial Engineering or similar educational field
  • 10 years of experience supporting execution of OCONUS technical assistance projects
  • Working knowledge of common financial and project controls software
