Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to manage tasks and develop projects across multiple teams within the Delivery Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital projects, including websites and marketing campaigns
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and facilitating communication
- Administer departmental initiatives, manage resources, and identify opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in an agency or fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage deliverables across multiple teams
- Experience collaborating with various internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with the agile product development lifecycle
- Proficiency in Jira Projects, Jira Reporting, and Salesforce is an asset
