Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Cost Administrator 1 to manage financial tasks related to project costs and invoicing in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up jobs in financial systems and review project costs
- Assist with monthly financial forecasts and prepare progress billing
- Monitor financial performance and address project delivery and cost concerns
Required Qualifications
- College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
- Preferred experience in bookkeeping or an accounting environment (3 years)
- Solid financial analytical skills, including cost control
- Knowledge of accounts receivable processes
- Proficiency in financial software for tracking invoices and running reports
