Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Director to oversee enterprise project and program management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and governance for project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage complex programs and projects, facilitating stakeholder engagement and addressing delivery conflicts
- Oversee project documentation, budget planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in project management or service delivery
- 5+ years of program management experience with large implementation/software development projects
- Expert understanding of client needs and software delivery life cycle (SDLC) management
- Experience managing program budgets and building strong client relationships
