Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Health, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience managing federal health communication projects, specifically in HIV/AIDS
• In-depth understanding of public health principles, health literacy, and federal health communication strategies
• Experience in crisis communication planning and response in a public health context
• Proficiency in digital media, social media management, and analytics tools
