Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Director to lead the Independent Living Training & Technical Assistance Center (IL T&TA Center).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of training and technical assistance programs for IL network grantees
• Collaborate with officials to ensure alignment with goals and regulations under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973
• Manage the IL T&TA Center's budget and lead a team of specialists to deliver high-quality training programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the independent living field
• Strong knowledge of independent living principles and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
• Experience in conducting needs assessments and program evaluations
