Project Engineer - PE Licensed

Job Summary

To support a variety of engineering tasks, the full-time remote Project Engineer - PE Licensed will manage project plans for gas transmission and natural gas pipeline projects, collaborate with senior engineers, and ensure quality control across multi-discipline projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Unit Leaders to advance complex engineering designs and improve processes
• Prepare proposals by estimating engineering hours and ensure adherence to quality control systems
• Direct the activities of engineers, drafters, and designers while applying technical information to meet project specifications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, structural, or civil engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the pipeline industry or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred
• Experience with gas facility work and/or compressor stations is a plus
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is advantageous
