Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Lead to manage nonprofit client portfolios and design database solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage database design and implementation, including client interviews and workflow structuring
- Oversee project management using tools like Asana, ensuring timely updates and communication with clients
- Conduct client trainings and develop resources to support database adoption and proficiency
Required Qualifications
- Competency with EveryAction database or comparable CRM
- Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools
- Self-directed with the ability to give and receive feedback
- Experience in managing confidential client data
- Background in base building, community organizing, or labor organizing is a plus
