Project Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Project Management responsible for overseeing the Project Management department and ensuring quality and KPI requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop efficient processes within the Implementation team to support accelerated growth
• Lead and oversee new implementation initiatives and processes throughout the customer journey
• Report on KPIs and objectives while providing updates to executive leadership on a regular basis

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing project management teams or similar roles
• Experience in process improvement education and mentorship across the organization
• Ability to design and support implementation project tracking systems
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience managing client expectations and program timelines effectively
