Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager with experience in the California PAL process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project phases including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of the Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) Process
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and create relevant project management artifacts
- Conduct project management gap analysis and develop processes, procedures, and testing artifacts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, with additional experience considered in lieu of education
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI
- At least three years of Agile project management experience within the last five years
- At least three years of experience with California PAL Stages 2, 3, and 4 or similar stage gate experience
- Minimum five years of project management experience with projects exceeding $1.5 million in budget
