Job Summary

To evaluate and enhance AI career guidance systems, the part-time hourly Project Manager - AI Evaluation will review career-related questions, write expert-level responses, and create evaluation rubrics while working remotely on a flexible contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions from project management professionals at various stages
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that provide accurate career guidance
• Create objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career advice

Required qualifications

• Experienced Project Manager with a strong understanding of the PM profession
• Clear knowledge of career progression and hiring practices in project management
• Experience in mentoring, managing, or advising professionals
• Excellent written communication skills for translating complex career realities
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
