To evaluate and enhance AI career coaching systems, the freelance Project Manager - AI Evaluator will work remotely to review career-related questions, write expert-level responses, and develop evaluation rubrics, committing 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions from professionals at various stages of their project management journeys
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that provide expert-level career guidance
• Build objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career advice and flag inaccuracies

Required qualifications

• Solid professional experience as a Project Manager in any industry
• Strong understanding of career progression and hiring practices within project management
• Experience mentoring, managing, or advising other professionals
• Excellent written communication skills for translating complex ideas into clear guidance
• Self-directed and reliable when working independently
