Job Summary

Evaluating and enhancing AI career guidance systems, the freelance Project Manager - AI Evaluator will work remotely to provide expert-level career advice, develop evaluation rubrics, and identify inaccuracies in AI-generated recommendations, dedicating 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions and provide high-quality "golden answers" for project management professionals
• Develop objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career advice
• Identify and rectify inaccuracies in AI-generated recommendations based on real-world industry knowledge

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with deep insights into the PM profession
• Solid understanding of career progression and professional development in project management
• Strong written communication skills for providing clear and actionable career guidance
• Self-directed and reliable in managing work independently without direct supervision
