Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of product installations post-sale, coordinating with various teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the installation process, ensuring excellent service

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational and project management experience
• Experience with technical project management tools, such as Salesforce
• Proven track record of developing OKRs and meeting KPIs
• Ability to prioritize business needs and implement pragmatic solutions
