Job Summary
A company is looking for a MedHOK or MHK Care Management - Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of MedHOK/MHK Care solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in healthcare technology implementations
- Hands-on experience with MedHOK or MHK Care Management platforms
- Strong understanding of Care Management (CM), Utilization Management (UM), and Disease Management (DM) processes
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
