Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager for Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client projects and ensure client satisfaction
- Transition projects from implementation to managed services
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing software implementation deployments, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with IT implementation methodology across all project phases
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
- Microsoft SureStep or PMI certification preferred
