Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager for New Product Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage briefs for new product development launches and collaborate with the product development team on formula and packaging
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams to create and execute timelines for various projects
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely execution and quality standards are met
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of project management experience in cosmetic and personal care products
- Proficiency in Wrike; experience with Airtable is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative approach to cross-functional projects
- Experience in managing timelines and leading cross-functional meetings
