Project Manager - Ophthalmology

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Project Manager - Ophthalmology, the candidate will lead cross-functional project teams, manage customer expectations, and ensure project delivery in terms of quality, time, and cost for global trials in ophthalmology indications.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization at the project level
• Ensure adherence to escalation pathways and manage project deliverables effectively
• Drive risk identification and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• 8+ years of experience in project management, particularly in global trial management for ophthalmology
• Strong understanding of project management principles including time, quality, and cost management
• Technical competency with systems such as CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity
• Advanced knowledge of clinical development guidelines and directives
