Key Responsibilities
- Drive project management activities across the SEC portfolio, ensuring effective escalations and support for projects
- Manage a team of project management professionals to deliver strategic initiatives on time and within budget
- Standardize project delivery methodology and ensure consistency of processes and deliverables across projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience managing enterprise-wide projects and influencing stakeholders
- 5 years of experience managing teams in project or program management roles
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and guide team members
- Process improvement mindset with a record of implementing best practices
