Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Service Delivery to oversee customer deployments and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple service delivery projects from initiation to completion

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in a managed services or cyber service delivery environment
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Proven experience managing technical service delivery projects
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
