Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payments Specialist to manage and enhance their payment program for commercial insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payment tasks, including one-time payments, refunds, and managing disputes
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels and escalate complex issues as needed
- Identify improvements for compliance and collaborate with divisions to refine processes
Required Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance and customer service
- Property & Casualty Producer license in home state, with willingness to pursue licensing in other states
- Knowledge of commercial insurance and compliance for financial transactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Sharepoint, and PowerAutomate
