Job Summary
A company is looking for a PBM Proposal Content and Quality Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with SMEs to create proposal-ready content
- Maintain and expand the RFP content library for proposal quality improvement
- Review RFPs and proposals to ensure proper content usage and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years in PBM or healthcare proposals; APMP certification preferred
- Experience with Responsive or similar proposal automation platforms/tools
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and innovative attributes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
