Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Development Lead to manage the proposal development process and support business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the proposal development process from RFP receipt through submission
Write persuasive and compliant proposal content, collaborating with subject matter experts
Coordinate post-submission activities, including responses to client questions and presentation development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant experience
3+ years of experience in developing and managing RFP responses
Experience with SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
Interest in sustainability and environmental impact
Leadership experience is preferred
