Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Director for State and Local Government proposals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full proposal development lifecycle, including RFP analysis and compliance
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop proposal strategies and gather necessary information
Conduct post-submission reviews and report on win-loss trends for process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field
10-12 years of professional experience, specifically in State and Local Government solicitations
Experience with large, complex, matrixed State & Local Government deals
Management experience with cross-departmental teams
Advanced knowledge of formatting with CSS in MS Word
