Job Summary

A company is looking for a PBM Proposal Strategist - Writer to manage the RFP process and develop persuasive proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the writing and coordination of proposal deliverables within set timeframes
• Manage multiple RFPs simultaneously and ensure all deadlines are met
• Collaborate with sales and subject matter experts to gather content and produce high-quality proposals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience as a proposal writer in the PBM, health plan, or group benefits insurance space
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, proposal automation software, and Salesforce
• Ability to manage multiple proposals under pressure while ensuring accuracy
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI-driven solutions, such as ChatGPT, is a plus
