Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Writer to join their Stack team.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and track assignments with due dates, maintaining document and version control
• Draft accurate, customer-focused content, and collaborate with team members to develop new proposal content
• Research opportunities and customer needs to create meaningful value propositions and manage proposal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal creation, specifically for Stack Testing or technical writing
• At least 3 years of experience handling proposal requests and coordinating with staff
• Knowledge of RFP Management Systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
