Provider Contracting Professional
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Contracting Professional to negotiate and execute provider contracts related to Medicaid health plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicates contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates to providers
- Analyzes financial impact of contracts and maintains documentation within a tracking system
- Assists with identifying and recruiting providers based on network needs
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in negotiating managed care contracts
- Prior experience with Medicaid contracts
- Experience with LTSS/HCBS programs and contracts
- Proficiency in analyzing financial impacts of contract terms
- Bachelor's degree preferred
