Provider Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Engagement Network Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate setup of providers in the provider information system for reporting and claims payment
• Research and respond to provider-related issues and facilitate provider education
• Track, update, and audit provider data, and handle demographic information changes

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred
• Experience in claims processing, billing, and/or coding is preferred
• Three years of experience in a managed care environment or healthcare organization
• Knowledge of healthcare, managed care, Medicare, or Medicaid
