Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Engagement Professional 2 to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to enhance financial and quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow positive relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare systems
• Support financial performance, incentive programs, and operational improvements related to provider performance
• Make independent decisions regarding work methods and follow established guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 - 5 years of experience in healthcare or managed care with a focus on Provider Contracting, Network Management, or Provider Relations
• Proven planning, preparation, and presenting skills with knowledge of reimbursement methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
