Job Summary

Coordinating provider enrollment applications for billing to various carriers, the full-time Provider Enrollment Coordinator will ensure timely submission of documents, complete CAQH re-attestations, and manage application processes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Generate and review reports to prioritize critical enrollment issues
  • Prepare and submit applications to payers, ensuring all documentation is complete
  • Train staff on provider enrollment processes and support the Provider Enrollment department
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • One year of experience with contracts or healthcare-related work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous accuracy and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet challenging deadlines
