Job Summary
Coordinating provider enrollment applications for billing to various carriers, the full-time Provider Enrollment Coordinator will ensure timely submission of documents, complete CAQH re-attestations, and manage application processes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and review reports to prioritize critical enrollment issues
- Prepare and submit applications to payers, ensuring all documentation is complete
- Train staff on provider enrollment processes and support the Provider Enrollment department
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- One year of experience with contracts or healthcare-related work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous accuracy and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet challenging deadlines
