Job Summary

Proactively managing provider enrollment maintenance activities, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Maintenance Coordinator will minimize lapses in clinician enrollment and ensure compliance with payer requirements through verification and communication of updates.

Key responsibilities:
  • Complete maintenance activities including revalidations, re-credentialing, and submission of clinician updates
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve enrollment-related denials and monitor enrollment status for payers
  • Maintain a current centralized payer library and communicate necessary updates to management and team members
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • One year of experience in healthcare or a comparable industry
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with a systematic approach
  • Demonstrated high standard of professional conduct and dependability
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work performance
