Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Supervisor who will oversee the Provider Enrollment Department's daily activities and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support credentialing staff in licensing, credentialing, and enrollment processes
• Conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations duties
• Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of credentialing tasks

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Knowledge of NCQA standards related to credentialing and health plan enrollment
• Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to specific privileges
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database applications
• Ability to manage confidential information and work independently in a fast-paced environment
