Provider Installation Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Installation Representative to ensure the accuracy of the provider directory.
Key Responsibilities
- Makes 20-30 outbound calls to provider offices daily
- Obtains demographic and address information to ensure the provider directory is accurate
- Enters 15-20 provider data updates daily in Provider Data Exchange (PDX)
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years professional experience in a metric-driven setting
- 1+ years professional experience in a support or administrative role requiring phone utilization
- Must meet the company's Work at Home Connectivity policy
