Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Onboarding Manager in Michigan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process for Providers
- Train and onboard Providers to the platform and suite of products
- Support new Providers in becoming opened and licensed
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of onboarding, customer service, or account management experience in technology or education
- Comfort with high volume/velocity customer interactions
- Prior experience using Hubspot or another CRM solution
- Demonstrated embodiment of company values
- Experience in working with licensing regulations is a plus
