Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Pricing Appeals Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Review claims and medical documentation related to provider appeals
- Prepare cases for clinic review, NSA, and IDR
- Provide accurate and timely responses to appeals and grievances
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to multitask efficiently and accurately
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel or similar PC-based programs
- Demonstrated knowledge and working ability with HealthPac and/or Javelina preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of work materials as appropriate
