Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Provider Relations Coordinator will serve as a liaison for providers, managing inbound and outbound communications, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive provider experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound provider calls, log details, and resolve issues efficiently
- Monitor and respond to internal and external emails and voicemails within established service levels
- Assist providers with portal navigation and escalate unresolved issues to management
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or high-volume call center experience required
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work comfortably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
