Provider Service Representative
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Service Representative for a national remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end provider claims and enhance call quality
- Support the development and management of provider networks
- Identify gaps in network composition to assist contracting and development teams
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of managed care or medical insurance experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience or claims experience
- Intermediate proficiency with MS programs including Excel and Word
